We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily settlement work of e-commerce logistics, including rate card configuration, billing, settlement and payment, etc., to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance
2. Participate in new logistics projects, implement settlement solutions, and ensure project launches
3. Undertake inquiries related to merchant side settlement, verify and handle billing anomalies, and provide solutions to improve merchant logistics experience
4. Participate in the formulation of rules and regulations, responsible for building and improving SOPs for all aspects of settlement to ensure settlement compliance and safety
5. Participate in the online testing of new system functions, summarize and propose system optimization requirements, and continue to improve the online settlement rate
6. Participate in establishing a risk control management mechanism and execute the risk control actions to promptly identify and reduce risks in settlement operations
7. Other necessary settlement matters
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional experience
2. 3-5 years of billing and settlement related experience in logistics related industry
3. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Index Match, Sum If, etc.), strong analytical skills is a plus
4. Can speak/write/read in English
Preferred Qualifications
1. Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
