Team Overview
TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for a passionate leader to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sales), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and launch of the livestream base, aligning with the overall development strategy.
• Collaborate with departments such as operations, influencers, customer service, trainers and warehouse management to develop comprehensive operational strategies and SOPs.
• Assist in the Live regular reviews and iterations, including livestreaming strategies, planning, script refinement, and streaming tactics to achieve go-live UV and GMV goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven experience in livestream room operations or related roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Innovative thinking and a willingness to explore new livestreaming room marketing and product approaches.
• Results-driven mindset and the ability to adapt to changing dynamics.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
