Team Overview
TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review, and participation. We are looking for a passionate leader to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sales), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase, and LIVEs), as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Live center daily operational data, usage rates, P&L, and conduct specialized research and strategy and SOP optimization to ensure economic efficiency.
  • Collaborate horizontally with e-commerce governance, product, base management, activities/policy teams, and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of live centers.
  • Conduct specialized research on franchisee models and support live centers' business expansion strategy.
  • Manage and strategize product selection within the US e-commerce market's livestreaming base.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong strategy thinking, problem solving and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to identify and address pain points.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in international e-commerce, content commerce or top consulting is preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $192533 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
