The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cyber-security and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office for 2 to 3 days a week, as directed by their manager. We are seeking a Technical eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Global Security Organization. As part of the Forensics & eDiscovery Team, you'll drive the management and tracking of matters that enable cross-functional litigation and regulatory responses at TikTok.

• Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps in accordance with organizational priorities; define delivery methodologies and drive project execution.
• Follow the Electronic Discovery Resources Model (EDRM) lifecycle throughout projects.
• Work closely with litigation, privacy, eDiscovery and other key cross functional teams to understand organizational priorities and to sequence and/or deconflict projects accordingly.
• Responsible for managing large, complex projects and/or many smaller, day-to-day projects. Including but not limited to full program management for tracking data and metrics for matters.
• Coordinate and document electronic discovery efforts, including collection, processing, review and productions.
• Manage various collaboration tools and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate and timely status updates on project execution.
• Assist in coordinating Forensics work-streams across disciplines and regions.
• Assist team in tracking engineering and application owner requests.
• Raise risks and concerns to leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Be well-versed in Electronically Stored Information ("ESI") and have a thorough knowledge, experience and understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model ("EDRM") lifecycle.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the end-to-end EDRM workflow, industry-specific software tools and methodologies, and be familiar with concepts and best-practices related to privilege and legal holds.
• Experience operating autonomously to coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams with different stakeholders. Teams may be spread across different regions and time zones.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems and data repositories.
• Experience working for a company with a with a global footprint.
• Able to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualification

• 3 years project management experience working directly with eDiscovery teams, litigators, and outside counsel.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100000 - $230000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
