The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Define the activation strategy for App Ads solutions at TikTok. You are instrumental in setting activation strategy, closely monitoring the App Ads revenue across different regions, and ensuring flawless execution and operations.
  • Work with product teams and vertical stakeholders to explore revenue opportunities. Leverage deep understanding of products to drive enhancements to unlock revenue. Develop and execute programs & initiatives to grow App Ads revenue.
  • Understand the needs and demands of customers from different verticals, use your creative storytelling abilities to build up strong narratives that showcase the value of TikTok App Ads solution.
  • Create actionable plans to drive product adoption and educate the market in a scalable way
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs and outreach opportunities specifically for App Ads revenue.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or above
  • Expertise in Technology and Apps media platforms and digital marketplaces
  • 3 years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
  • A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in B2B marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with programmatic media
  • Experience working with affiliates

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148800 - $290160 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
