We Care Hospitality Group is seeking a Experienced Dining Room Manager to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality and excellence. Our Managers connect with guests through conversation while expertly hosting a professional and efficient service. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced in a “Fresh, Coastal, Casual” waterfront setting. We are a high-volume restaurant that prides itself in taking care of people as if they were guests in our own home. This position is best suited for someone who truly believes in bringing their best to the table every day - Someone who is inspired to make a positive impression on the people they work with and the guests they tend to.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 solid years of Restaurant Management in a high volume, full service restaurant with a strong knowledge of wine/beverage service.
  • Must possess a service oriented, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proven management and leadership skills who trains, leads and motivates by example.
  • Must be proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
  • All candidates must possess an outgoing and confident attitude.
  • Must have a good knowledge of alcohol, beer & wine service.
  • A Culinary and/or Beverage certificate/degree and Safe Serve certified a plus
  • Confident with strong leadership & organizational skills.
  • Skillful planner with knowledge of basic business fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts. Able to run a high-volume operation smoothly and effectively with excellent customer service.
  • Outgoing personality with leadership qualities and expertise at developing employees.
  • Infectious positive attitude that inspires others and with great people skills and guest rapport.
  • Solid track record with reliable references
  • A good sense of awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
