- A minimum of 3 solid years of Restaurant Management in a high volume, full service restaurant with a strong knowledge of wine/beverage service.
- Must possess a service oriented, enthusiastic attitude.
- Proven management and leadership skills who trains, leads and motivates by example.
- Must be proficient in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
- All candidates must possess an outgoing and confident attitude.
