We're hiring! Michelin-rated Tiger Fork is looking for customer-service oriented hosts with a passion for hospitality. This role is the first face a guest sees upon entering the restaurant, setting the tone for the guest experience.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy, our reservation platform
• Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the restaurant and menu
• Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, with Friday through Sunday availability required
• Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation platforms is a plus
