- Strategically develop and oversee the supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with our multi-unit operational model to optimize costs, quality, and delivery.
- Lead supply chain operations across multiple units, ensuring cohesive practices, uniform quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, maintaining a reliable supply of high-quality ingredients across all units.
- Implement robust inventory management strategies tailored to multi-unit operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with leaders across production, sales, and marketing to forecast demand accurately, ensuring efficient supply planning and distribution across units.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging technology and innovative practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support our expansion.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards related to food safety and supply chain operations across all units.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the supply chain team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize logistics and distribution strategies, considering the unique needs of multiple units to ensure timely delivery
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturing partners, overseeing the entire production process to ensure product quality, efficiency, and adherence to our standards and timelines. Act as the primary liaison between Tiff's Treats and our manufacturing partners, coordinating efforts to optimize production schedules, address challenges, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a role managing multi-unit supply chain operations, preferably in the food industry.
- Demonstrated ability to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness in a multi-unit operational environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships across multiple units.
- Proficient in supply chain management software, with a deep understanding of inventory management and demand planning systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams in a multi-unit context.
- Commitment to sustainability and implementing eco-friendly supply chain practices.
- Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with exemplary organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
