Job Title: Security Systems Technician (Commercial)

Project Types: Commercial, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, Tenant Improvements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Deploy and maintain camera and VMS systems, prioritizing quality and security.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges with a meticulous approach to ensure effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration & Independent Work: Adapt to various project needs, whether working collaboratively or autonomously.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and regulatory compliance to maintain a secure work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with cameras and VMS systems.
• Knowledge of low voltage cabling, IP systems, Access Control, and blueprint reading.
• Certification in Genetec, Milestone, OnSSI, Lenel, Avigilon, Axis systems.
• Strong communication and computer skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel and adhere to safety standards.
• Capable of performing standard physical tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights (under 20 ft using lifts and/or ladders).
