Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Commercial General Contractor in Anaheim, CA area on their search for a Senior Project Manager to work on DSA/Higher Education and Public works-based Construction Projects around the $10-80MM range.

The Project Manager will oversee the construction of the project in the field, providing leadership to field foremen and ensuring successful completion of trade work. The Project Engineer will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of the construction process.

Title: Senior Project Manager (4 Years Exp with DSA/Higher Education Projects)

Project Types: DSA, Higher Education, Commerical, and Public-Works

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and process submittals and shop drawings, managing of RFI's, and securing timely responses in a professional and timely manner while assisting the Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent with daily field items.
• Communicate with the project owner's and design team
• Assisting with processing change orders and managing the project's closeout effort.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor with experience in DSA regulated school construction (K-12 and Higher Education), public works projects, and commercial related projects.
• Self Perform and Trades background Highly Preferred.
• Microsoft Project, RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals
• Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to details and ability to work independently
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical and sound judgment skills
