We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Program Director to join our team. Position will lead the residential staff in operating a pre- and post-dispositional residential group home. The ideal candidate will have a background in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field, and will be responsible for providing clinical services and administrative responsibilities to residents in our group home facility. Evening, weekend and on-call hours are expected. Must be energetic, professional and possess good communication, written and verbal skills. Responsibilities:

• Developing policies and procedures that govern operational and administrative functions
• Manage the work of subordinate staff engaged in implementing daily operations, as well as identify, obtain and allocate needed program resources to include staff, material and financial resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide support, supervision, guidance to residents in a residential setting.
• Oversea the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for each resident and assisting with case management for assigned youth.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and behavior.
• Monitor residents' activities to ensure safety and security and provide crisis intervention services when needed.
• Must transport residents in 12 or 15-passenger van as necessary.
• Planning program operations
• Marketing and performing other public relations functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $59,208.00 per year
