Tibbles Talent is Hiring a Solar Installer Near South Portland, ME

Assured Solar Energy has a dedicated team of clean energy professionals who wake up every day ready to replace dirty energy with clean energy, and we want you to help. Assured Solar Energy is seeking applicants to install residential and commercial solar systems. We will train the right candidates!

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years of Solar Installation experience
  • Some roofing and/or construction experience
  • Ability to operate power tools
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring and conduit running
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and performance
  • OSHA 10
  • Measure and report all required data daily to account for project materials, labor hours / compensation, and profitability
  • Report daily to Project Manager or Foreman
  • Do it right the first time!
  • When not done correctly, promptly report it, learn from it, share learning with others, and correct the problem
  • Obtain required certifications if necessary

Regular shifts are Monday - Thursday, 10 hours, with most Fridays off.

Location & Travel: This position will be based in Yarmouth with required travel to job sites.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Solar Installation: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • OSHA 10 (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
