Scenic Hill Solar is seeking a Construction Manager to take the lead with installation teams. With the opportunity to work locally within 2 hours of Little Rock, and tremendous growth opportunities, you’ll gain industry experience and be a part of a company that is revolutionizing Arkansas solar!
Responsibilities:
- Visiting and inspecting job sites as needed
- Managing projects as they come along
- Working directly with clients and getting client expectations
- Taking the lead with site teams
- Laying out logistics for site plans
- Charting project equipment
- Overseeing site schedules
- Training site teams on installation machine operation
- Ordering project materials
- Managing site teams in the field
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Construction Management experience preferred
- 1 year of Solar industry experience
- 2 years of field leadership experience
- 1 year of Excel experience
- Proven experience managing client relationships
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Ability to work from home
- Problem solving skills
