TIAA is seeking a talented Public Cloud Engineer, who embraces being a strong technologist and has a real passion to build compelling solutions using cloud and state-of-the-art technologies. As an experienced Public Cloud Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Automation and Delivery team and you'll bring in expertise in the cloud strategy, designing and engineering tailored solution and migration of numerous large-scale projects in the cloud. This role will demonstrate a combination of strong expertise with development of cloud automation capabilities, building out and enabling full stack use cases / patterns, accelerate cloud delivery and drive cloud adoption. Some of the key pillars you would be driving hands-on are platform modernization, cloud automation and cloud adoption, security and resiliency across multi-cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure.

Base Pay Range: $103,700/yr. - $172,900/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
