Develop software components and advise on best methods of software development and code creation. Identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System. Complete projects for software development activities. Monitor development work to ensure resulting software meets goals. Design, code, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Perform detailed design and code reviews and addresses findings appropriately. Coach, review, and delegate work. Oversee configuration, customization, diagnoses, and enhancements for operating systems software.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and 5 years in the job offered or as a Programmer Analyst, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, or related occupation.Worksite Location: 8500 Andrew Carnegie Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262Salary range: The salary range for this specific position is $149,469 to $155,000 per year. Base Pay Range: $113,800/yr. - $192,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
