Essential Functions
- Communicate with customers to request payments and arrange payment plans
- Update customer accounts based on information received via cash collection calls
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly
- Provide customers with invoice and statement copies as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Required to be onsite to perform this role
- 3 to 5 years
- Knowledge of AR aging reports
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in fast passed multi-company environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs with emphasis on Excel
- IQMS experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- This position is required to be onsite daily
- This position is primarily in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal
- Influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing professional presence.
