44Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As aSales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving salesand promoting our roofing services to homeowners and businesses inour targetmarket.

Responsibilities :

  • Generateleads and build a pipeline of potential customers through variouschannels including networking referrals prospecting and coldcalling.
  • Conduct indepth roofing assessmentsand provide accurate estimates to potentialclients.
  • Present roofing solutions and servicestailored to the needs of each customer ensuring a comprehensiveunderstanding of our products andbenefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts withcustomers to secure new business and close saleseffectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships withexisting customers and deliver exceptional customer service tomaximize customer satisfaction andretention.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensureseamless project execution and timely completion of roofingprojects.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trendsmarket conditions and competitors offerings to effectively positionour products andservices.

Requirements :

  • Proventrack record in sales preferably in the roofing industry or relatedfield.
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills with the ability to build rapport withcustomers.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities to prioritize tasks and meettargets.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindsetwith the ability to work independently.
  • Validdrivers license and reliable transportation to travel to customersites.
  • Experience working on a commissiononlybasis and being considered a 1099employee.
  • Ability to pass a background checkand drugscreening.
