Thrive Behavioral Sciences is Hiring a Clinical Psychologist Near Pensacola, FL

JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM!! Thrive Behavioral Sciences is seeking a broadly trained Clinical Health or Rehabilitation Psychologist to work with our team of neuropsychologists, health psychologists and rehabilitation psychologists.

Thrive Behavioral Sciences is an adult and geriatric behavioral health care practice. Our experienced team of psychiatric and psychological specialists take a collaborative treatment approach in the delivery of post-acute and outpatient behavioral health care. Thrive maintains a network of employed behavioral health care specialists in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and South Florida.

Description of Role:

  • Our innovate care delivery approach enables onsite rounding and tele-psychology. This dual approach to care delivery helps extend care to those most in need while providing our clinical teams with a dynamic treatment environment that helps minimize redundancy and burnout.
  • If you enjoy teaching, our psychologists have the option to supervise postdoctoral fellows as they enhance their understanding of our approach to rehabilitative psychology.
  • We perform various types of assessments and track outcomes using our proprietary analytics platform.
  • Ability to diagnose mental health disorders, conduct psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments.
  • Ability to treat mental health disorders through a variety of modalities, with an emphasis on Evidence Based Psychotherapies, and provide adjunctive interventions for treatment of medical disorders.
  • Provides a full range of psycho-diagnostic services, including assessment and using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care.
  • Provide crisis intervention as indicated.
  • Provide consultation to medical providers regarding the behavioral health components of a patient’s presentation and develops collaborative plans to address symptoms and enhance functioning.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Plan:

  • W2 or 1099 Contract
  • Base salary and RVU Bonus
  • Healthcare Benefits

  • Flexible Schedule (9 am – 4 pm)
  • No weekends

Qualifications:

  • Florida licensed Psychologist
  • Credentialed Medicare and Medicaid (preferred)
  • Demonstrate - compassionate care, team approach, initiative, accountability, flexibility that represents the Thrive professional culture.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and standards related to client treatment, patient rights, and client/patient confidentiality required.
