Salary :

USA Insulation Insulation Technician

As a growing National Company, Threshold Brands is recruiting for two (2) General Laborer / Insulation Technicians within USA Insulation, a division located in the Cleveland, OH area.

USA Insulation is a trusted residential and commercial insulation business with over thirty-five years of experience. USA Insulation is primarily a franchisor of businesses which provide services to residential homes, but also has a thriving company store business as well as a proprietary manufacturing operation which supplies a raw material that is critical to the operations.

Responsibilities :

• Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials.
• Installs or sprays insulation in attics.
• Measures and cuts insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes.
• Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed.
• Transports needed tools and equipment to jobsite.
• Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience (roofing, siding, landscaping) preferred but not necessary. (We will train the right person.)
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Need to be willing to submit to a drug test, marijuana included.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work in hot or cold climate conditions.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to life 35 lbs.

Compensation :

• 32k 35k First Year Annual Earning Potential.
