FRANCHISE COACH
Position Responsibilities:
As a Franchise Coach, your work will directly impact the success of the business & operations execution of each franchisee by influencing their performance and profitability. You will assist Franchisees by providing a wide range of consulting and development services, developing, and facilitating strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and ensuring consistency through education and guidance on operations. Our Franchise Coaches relationship starts the day the owner signs their franchise agreement and continues through the life of the franchise agreement. Successful coaches will leverage their industry and business development experience to assess current performance, identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions based upon best practices, develop an action plan and follow up to encourage follow-through.
This position will provide service across multiple states and communities, and thus will require between 25-30% travel within and outside of their homebased territory. When not traveling this position will work from a remote home office.
