Job Description:

SUMMARY

Greet, seat and cater to the needs of the Blue Bills guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Politely and courteously greet guests entering the restaurant.
• Assist Food Servers in guest service as needed.
• Full knowledge of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Maintain knowledge of current menus-theme nights and specials /or specials.
• Complete side work duties and as directed from F&B management.
• Maintain and follow Food and Beverage and hygiene policy.
• Follow all Three Rivers Casino Resort departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Answer the phone in no more than three rings, Ring in and take To-Go Orders when working in Blue Bills.
• Other duties as directed by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend and squat frequently.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.
