Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Busperson/Host is responsible for multiple support services in both the front and back of house Food & Beverage Department.

HOST ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Politely and courteously greets guests entering the restaurant.
• AssistsBartender/Food Servers in guest service as needed.
• Remains knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings, reviewing daily changes to the menu and specials.
• Completes side duties as assigned, ensuring all areas are prepped and ready for the next shift.

BUSPERSON ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Removes used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables, sanitizing and cleaning up any water, food or spills.
• Promptly busses tables throughout guests dining experience and prepares tables for turnover.
• Replenishes supply of clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining room.
• Assists the Bartender/Food Servers with running food and other guest service tasks as needed.
• Completes side duties as assigned, ensuring wait stations are stocked for following shift.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the dining room floor and seating areas.
• Other duties as directed by management.
