Three International is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Lehi, UT

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to members of Three’s independent sales force. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at resolving issues efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assist Brand Ambassadors and customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Clarify issues, determine optimal solutions, and ensure resolution.
  • Strive for first-call resolutions to minimize future contacts or escalations.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services, compensation plans, policies, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot service problems effectively.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including call-handling metrics and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally and persuasively in various situations.
  • Document interactions thoroughly for continuity of service.
  • Willingness to attend events approximately twice a year.
  • Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 2 years of Call Center experience required.
  • Experience in Direct Sales customer support preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable attendance is essential.
  • Basic proficiency in Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.

COMPANY BENEFITS
