Flexible hours and shifts. Looking to add some balance to your life? We offer a wide range of hours and customizable shifts. Most plumbers work a standard 40-hour week with optional OT. No holiday or overnight on call.

Unlimited earning potential. Our plumbing professionals average $71,000/year ($34/hour) with our top performers averaging $111,000 ($53/hour). Hourly pay is based on experience and/or licensure. SPIFs and incentives are based on your knowledge, efficiency, and drive.

Do more of what you love. Our size allows us to have separate Plumbing Service, Plumbing Install, and Drain Service departments. This means our service plumbers don’t have to lug around a sewer machine, jack hammer, or dig trenches.

What Does It Take?

Experience in a Boiler focused Plumbing role doing the following: 

• Starts-up, Services & Troubleshoots Equipment 
• Works on Boilers, Indirect Water Heaters Hydronic Radiant Floor Heating, Condensing vs. non-condensing, Sealed Combustion vs. Non-Sealed Combustion, and Upright and Baseboard Radiators 
• Is accountable for startup & warranty of boilers, burners, and associated equipment to end-users. 
• Runs plumbing service calls as needed 
• Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Stop by for a tour

Every Friday, at 9 am Every Monday at 3pm 

Please arrive at 24501 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. We have two buildings on Hallwood Ct. Please come to the 1st building with our trucks that has a glass front (TG2). We will meet you at the front door. 

Parking: Please Park in our lot at TG1 or TG2-glass building on either side only. Please do not park at Bonaventure (you will be towed in the surrounding company lots) unless parking along the tree line faces away from Halsted, where our trucks are.

We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and possibly on-site interviews with hiring managers.
