We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Thornhill Properties, Inc. is a local based property management company, managing multiple properties in the Baltimore area.
Maintenance Technicians work out of our main office in Towson, Maryland and will be assigned to tickets at various property types, including apartments, condos and commercial properties.
If you enjoy flexibility and not be tied down to one property, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities :
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
