MacMulkin Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for a Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. This individual will work on a team that is responsible for covering both the front desk and the cashier’s office. This individual’s responsibilities will include greeting customers, delivering exceptional customer service assistance, answering the phones for the whole automotive group, and fielding them accordingly, handling money, checking customers out and more! Familiarity with both Microsoft and Google Workspace is beneficial, but not required. Experience with cashiering is preferred; however, not required as we are willing to train the right individual. We believe our employees are our greatest asset. As such, we treat all employees with respect and appreciation for their contributions to the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Job Types: Full-Time

Hourly: $15.00 - $18.00 starting range

Work Location: In-Person, no remote
