Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company products, services, and policies - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and order entry - Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties as needed - Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Manage phone systems and ensure messages are delivered promptly - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with personal assistant tasks for executives as required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus - Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
