Alaska Surgical Group (ASG), is seeking an experienced full time Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Scheduler. ASG specializes in the assessment, treatment and surgical removal of cancerous and non-cancerous tumors and abnormal growths and is located on the Providence Hospital campus.

Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, have a positive disposition and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for the front desk operations of our clinic. Duties include: greeting and processing patients, answering phones, data entry into EMR system, scheduling appointments, working with other clinics and ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Minimum 1 year experience is strongly preferred.
