Are you an experienced Front Desk Medical Receptionist with clinical background looking for the next challenge? Pioneer GI clinic is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Monday-Friday to join our energized and friendly environment! We are a privately owned practice with a team of individuals who exhibit exceptional patient care!
We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our gastroenterology office. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience answering phones, handling patient check-ins and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer multiple telephone lines and direct calls to the appropriate individual.
- Obtain patient insurance information.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments with GI specialists.
- Add new patient information to the practice database.
- Assist patients with obtaining medical records.
- Gather patient demographic and insurance information.
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
