POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible and accountable for implementing and coordinating daily operational and service assurance programs to provide first class service for our guests.

This includes meeting or exceeding our established standards for employee satisfaction and guest satisfaction. As the Guest Service Supervisor, you must lead by example by taking a proactive position to all issues concerning the daily guest service operation of the golf course.

Additional duties may be assigned as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Function as a coach in encouraging team members to be successful, including imposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Directly supervise guest service professionals by carrying out the responsibilities in accordance with Thompson Golf Group policies and procedures.

This will include, assigning and performing the activities of workers supervised.

• Maintain effective communication between all staff members regarding the golf course operations, golf course conditions and human resource issues.
• Communicates our mission statement the core values and code of conduct, and leads by example.
• Proactive in exceeding guest satisfaction. At all times it may be necessary to investigate, quickly respond to and resolve challenges from guests.
• Responsible for the set-up of all tournaments per the specifications of the Head Golf Professional and the Professional Staff.
• Responsible on a daily basis for the management and upkeep of the guest service programs, i.e. rental equipment, guest service supplies, golf carts and golf bag storage.
• Responsible for the adherence of all guest service professionals of the policies and procedures as outlined by Thompson Golf Group.
• Regularly solicit feedback from our guests.

Experience Required

2 years experience in the service industry with some supervisory experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
