RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly calculation and payment of weekend and holiday call payment for Attendings
• Quarterly calculation and payment of late call and scheduled call payment for Attendings
• Quarterly calculation of Residents#39; late call
• Maintain PDA accounts
• MyTime timekeeper for Attendings#39; JUP salary
• Verify JUP salary and status changes in MyTime
• Handle all aspects of department#39;s credit card
• Process vendor payment requests via Peoplesoft Ascent
• Process non-vendor payment requests via Request for Payment Forms
• Department cash/check deposits
• Weekly review and charge code Concur reimbursement requests
• maintain file for conference travel
• assign charge codes for all departmental expenses
• maintain residents#39; verification deposits and expenses
• approve department supplies orders

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelorrsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of Manager or Supervisory experience in a 24x7 healthcare contact center environment is required.

Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
