THE ROLE: The Build Experience Specialist is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end client experience from first experience in the design studio through the home warranty. The position is responsible to navigate the client through every step of the journey through superior communication, connecting resources removing any friction by solving potential issues in advance, scheduling and leading meetings, site visits, and each interaction. Each individual client journey is tracked and captured in each of the coordinated systems.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Owns client experience journey from end to end.
  • Point of contact for entire process for the client.
  • Coordinates and leads all client interactions with TJH employees and consultants.
  • Ensures integrity of all clients facing systems and the information input.
  • Tracks and follows up on all steps throughout the homebuilding and warranty processes.
  • Brings together all stakeholders as requested or to resolve issues.
  • Acquires all information to handle client requests.
  • Coordinates and owns all communication to the client that directly relates to the experience and oversees all other communication for the client.
  • Works in partnership with forward planning on the community relations and customer care warranty to oversee brand management.
  • Has homebuilding processes knowledge and can discuss contractual and financial information at basic level.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of customer relations experience for an entire 12 month process
  • Homebuilding or industry with high ticket levels
  • Self-Motivated and accountable - focus self & necessary partners on key initiatives; ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on tactical/operational issues.

WHAT WILL SET YOU A PART:

  • Salesforce & HB1 knowledge and ability to use and navigate the systems to track where each lot is in the process.
  • Strong knowledge of the start to finish homebuilding process and how it intersects with the client experience to allow for a demonstration of competence and confidence in all interactions and transactions..
  • High level of organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Drives for results.

The compensation range for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
