ThisWay is Hiring a Customer care specialist Near Canton, NY

Our partner is seeking a Customer Care Center Specialist for a position located in Canton, NY. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial services and products with personalized customer care.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming bank calls and assist callers in accordance with customer service standards.
  • Provide technical support for Customer Care Center products and services.
  • Address basic deposit and loan inquiries from customers.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist customers with Quicken / QuickBooks and handle Regulation E claims.
  • Perform various clerical duties and provide support to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience preferred, banking experience a plus.
  • Two-year degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient PC skills including typing and internet usage.
  • Familiarity with e-mail software and business letter writing.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
