JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, Supply Chain has a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing a robust supply chain strategy. This position will be key in building the supply chain infrastructure from the ground up, managing the executive S&OP process, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic, early-stage commercial environment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESS&OP Management:Develop and oversee the Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring executive alignment with business objectives.Lead monthly S&OP meeting cycle, fostering cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.Sourcing & Supplier Development:Create and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support business growth.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.Own supplier quality and seek continuous improvement opportunities to achieve performance metrics.Scheduling, Purchasing & Inventory Management:Develop inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and turnover rates.Monitor inventory health, including safety stock levels, turnover, and aging.Ensure continuity of supply according to inventory plan targets and demand plan.Schedule of direct and indirect materials, services, equipment and managing subcontractors as needed.Process Improvement and Implementation:Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in supply planning and logistics.Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize advanced analytical tools to forecast supply needs and assess supply chain performance.Regularly report on supply chain metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESHiringOnboardingTrainingPerformance management in the Field Service and Support department QUALIFICATIONS Required:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.6 - 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply planning, preferably in an early-stage commercial environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in supply chain management systems.Demonstrated ability to build and scale supply chain processes.Demonstrated expertise in ERP applications.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Proven track record of managing with a sense of urgency and accountability. COMPETENCIESDecision qualityDrives resultsOrganizational SavvyStrong data analytics Drives vision and purpose Strategic MindsetBuilds effective teamsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to remain in a stationary position and operate office equipment for a prolonged period of time.
