North County purchasing office of online retailer seeks an administrative assistant to support the General Manager. Job Duties include:
- Create and monitor spreadsheets to track sales purchasing and expenses, etc.
- Assist in the creation and placing purchase orders based on historical usage and sales
trends
- Monitor shipping records for accuracy and prep for payment
- Resolve purchase order vs. shipping detail discrepancies
- Create inter-company shipping documents as needed
- Serve as backup for ADP payroll processing and monitor completion of new hire
documents
- Support General Manager and perform miscellaneous office duties as required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
