Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will assist in the efficient and timely delivery of food orders to customers, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Assist in the expediting of food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running station
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly
Skills:
- Experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting in food preparation is a plus
