Therapy Owls is hiring! We are a small group practice in Williamsburg, VA. We seek remote or in-person compassionate and skilled mental health and substance abuse therapists to join our lively team. If seeking a physical location, our newly renovated office is fully furnished and waiting for you. Experience with EMDR, Brainspotting, eating disorders, family/couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma are boons.

Responsibilities:

• Must be friendly and resourceful
• Conduct a minimum of 12 sessions a week
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions in person or telehealth/hybrid available
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Utilize SimplePractice for client scheduling and documentation (training provided)
• Provide consultation with prospective and current clients as needed

• Licensed therapists: Highly encouraged to apply, paid 65/35% commission.
• Owner is EMDR and Brainspotting certified, licensed and certified (LPC, NCC, CSAC, ACS), knowledgeable, friendly, and goofy.

Requirements:

* Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
