We are hiring a Technical Writer to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.
Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
The ideal Tech Writer candidate will be proficient in the following software/skillset:

• General training methodology for adult and virtual learning
• General knowledge of Compliance Policy and Procedures
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Articulate Storyline - or similar interactive learning software
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
• Camtasia - or similar video, screen recording, and editing software
• Skype (meeting creation, management, presenting, recording, etc.)
• Atlassian products - Confluence & Jira (User skills required, Admin skills preferred)
• Ability to work independently to create new and useful means of conveying compliance Awareness to Mission Staff and Leadership

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

• 4 years of demonstrated combined experience writing descriptions of electronic equipment and systems for DoD technical documentation.
• 4 years of demonstrated experience writing theory and maintenance procedures on digital circuits.
• 2 years of demonstrated combined experience in editing and writing skills.
• 2 years of experience with layout, development and production of technical documentation, and familiarity with NSA/DoD documentation standards.
• 4 years of demonstrated combined experience in using word processing/desktop publishing, spreadsheets and graphic presentation programs.
