We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our rental team. The Account Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as driving sales growth within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical theater and stage lighting and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
