The Young Team is Hiring a Real Estate Administrative Assistant Near Pike, OH

We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. $40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Manage all aspects of our current clients listings
  • Coordinate all aspects of bringing a home to the marketing, including but not limited to, photographs, access to the home, marketing materials, and list date
  • Coordinate open houses
  • Coordinate city point-of-sale inspections, and county septic and well inspections with the client
  • Work alongside our listing agents to provide an unparalleled customer experience selling their clients’ home
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining spreadsheets, CRMS, and electronic files
  • Follow up with clients at least once a week
  • Provide feedback to clients on showings and open houses
  • Submit all necessary paperwork to our brokerage and MLS as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
  • Ability to set, understand, and manage client expectations
  • Passion for helping others
  • Enthusiastic and self-starter approach
  • Outstanding organization, documentation, and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional grammar - must be professional and well-written in all communication
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment is highly desirable
  • Must be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly impact the bottom line
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
