Our organization is seeking a Direct Support Professional! The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, will be able to work with the elderly, and hold a driver's license. They should also be comfortable working outside in inclement weather. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in medical aid.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interpret needs of consumers and staff.
- Assist consumers with various daily living tasks, such as eating, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
- Provide transportation to and from appointments.
- Provide support for recreational activities.
- Ensure quality of care through documentation and communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
