Job Description:

As a Personal Care Assistant at Graceful Care Living, you will play a crucial role in providing daily assistance, support, and companionship to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Monitoring and administering medications as prescribed.

• Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our residents.

• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and our healthcare team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and improving their quality of life.

• Experience in personal care or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a nurse.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans for each resident.
