The Wireline Group is Hiring an Office Administrator - Midland Near Midland, TX
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Review and process vendor invoices. Communicate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with daily time keeping and allocating payroll expenses
- Helping new hires with the onboarding process
- Thrives in a fast-paced organization and possessing a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability prioritize while performing multiple tasks accurately
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel
- Detail-oriented and conscientious
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be a self-starter and driven
