JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a friendly and approachable F&B servers to provide excellent guest service experiences. Providing consistent white-glove service and exceeding customer expectations is the Westin way. The selected candidate for this role will be patient, a fast learner, and pay close attention to detail.

• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Accept payment from customers.

• Ensure cleanliness of glasses and utensils.
• Practice responsible alcohol service.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Check on guest satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and concerns of customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain regular attendance, is consistently on time.
• Observe duties, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with the company dress code.
