Here at the West Brom were known for our outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact, you will play an essential role by maintaining great relationships with existing and potential customers. As a hybrid CSA, you will play a pivotal role engaging and supporting both branch customers and direct customers who choose to manage their accounts by phone/post.
**What youll do:**
Be the face of the West Brom and deliver a superior customer experience every time
Be able to demonstrate effective cash management, both individually and also as part of your branch team
Complete transactions for our customers remotely and face to face, supporting them with their enquiries.
Engage with our customers, providing information about products and services to suit their needs
Effectively manage the completion of all hybrid administration and control tasks with high levels of accuracy

Youll need to be proactive in conversations, having the confidence to talk both face-to-face and via telephony systems to our customers about anything and everything, including our products and services.
Youll be contributing towards a controlled and secure branch with responsibility for ensuring errors are kept to a minimum, especially when dealing with customers so its important to be attentive to detail.
Youll be friendly. Our customers are used to our warm and welcoming service, so its important to be able to build rapport and relationships.
