* We are looking for a Captain for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the potential to pick up Wednesday/Thursday with events.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 3 years of experience in a well-rated, formal restaurant in NYC
• Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including selling beverages (wine BTG/BTB, cocktails.), managing a back server in your station, your own time, and table maintenance as outlined by our SOS
• Confidence in their approach tableside. Being able to offer guidance in the selection of menu items
• Thorough food knowledge as it pertains to sustainable cuisine, drop lines, and typical allergies
• Advanced understanding of wine and cocktails preferred with the desire to learn more
• Able to handle guest concerns and create a positive and memorable experience
