LPN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Supervisory experience within the senior housing industry services for the aging and/or dementia residents preferred
Healthcare management experience preferred
Accountable for overall community compliance and adherence with local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to senior-living communities
Review and ensure proper resident charting and procedure documentation
Participate in development of any plans of corrections and assure on-going compliance
Oversee resident care plans in coordination with participating medical personnel and ensure they are compliant with state regulations
Participate in the preadmission screening process of potential residents
Proven Leader

Experienced Educator
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
