Compass Rose Student Housing is seeking a motivated individual focused on customer service to join their growing team in the Austin, TX market. This position will be responsible for assisting with the overall maintenance of a student housing program at one of the client schools. The position will be responsible for supporting future and current students with their housing needs through a high volume of communication, interaction and follow up, while creating a culture of positivity and personal growth. It will be the responsibility of the Inspector to embrace and nurture a relationship with the Compass Rose Student Housing partners, customers and clients by continually going above and beyond thereby creating a great customer service experience.

Property Management or Leasing experience are a good background for this position
