We are currently seeking a Inventory Control Supervisor with a strong material management background an a excellent communicator at our Hardeeville facility. The shift starts at 7am with a salary range from $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending upon experience. Shift schedule is Monday-Friday until Finish an occasional weekend my be required during peak seasons. Ensure safety standards are met in accordance with company policies. Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of warehouse(s) and other related areas. Control departmental expenses and generate solutions to issues as and before they arise. Potential candidates must have the ability to lift 75lbs on occasions. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Must be well organized and able to communicate effectively with various departments within the organization (Able to speak Spanish is a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills across various organizational layers.
- Manage and direct the activities of teams receiving and handling inbound material.
- Collect data, identify problems, establish facts, draw accurate conclusions and make recommendations to resolve issues.
- Manage process for returns, put-away and data in WMS.
- Audit receipt of inbound materials to ensure accuracy of information recorded in the inventory file.
- Establishes deliver receiving appointments and loading times.
- This position is responsible for counting all the products in the warehouse on a daily basis (manually or using a handheld scanner), researching and reconciling daily inventory variances and reconciling the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and replace labels/barcodes and processes relocations in WMS.
- Conduct bin to bin transfers and any other put away/shipping/receiving related tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 year experience operating a cherry/order picker, Reach truck and stand-up forklift.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment .
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, preferred but not required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration is desired or 3-5 years equivalent inventory control and other supply chain experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Constant bending and stooping in a non-climate control environment.
