Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in commercial litigation, fraud, anti-corruption and asset recovery litigation cases.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to develop case strategies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Stay informed about current laws and regulations relevant to litigation

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client representation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
- Minimum of 3 years of of litigation experience
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
